Once registered, you can either use our matching tool to find the right therapist for you or browse through therapists’ profiles. After selecting your preferred therapist, choose a date and time for your session, complete the payment, and confirm your booking.
How do I get started with Thera?
Getting started is easy! Simply visit our website, choose your therapy plan, book a session, and you're all set. We’ll guide you through the rest, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

Each therapy session lasts approximately a minimum of 45 minutes.
Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
